InfoWorks Technology Company grants to you the right to use the InfoWorks Label Maker (collectively, "software") for your internal use only provided that (i) the Software is not distributed for profit; (ii) the Software may not be modified; (iii) all copyright notices are maintained on the software; (iv) the user agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement; (v) the Software is used ONLY with InfoWorks label stock.

The Software and the accompanying documentation are owned by InfoWorks Technology Company and protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the Software. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

Any use by you of the Software is at your own risk. The Software is provided for use "As Is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall InfoWorks Technology Company be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular InfoWorks Technology Company shall have no liability for any hardware, or data stored or used with this product, including the costs of repairing, replacing, or recovering such hardware, software, or data.
